This memorial website was created by Alex's aunt : Marie Duty in the memory of our Beloved,Precious ALEX MCcoy who was born in West Virginia on March 26, 1984 and was taken away on January 4 2005 at the age of 20. We will remember him forever. he didn't just "pass" away he was TAKEN AWAY by a ruthless, nasty, evil, devil of a man who has NO concious whatsoever ..and the JUDGE that let him off has NO concious either, he couldn't have or he would of given the murderer time!! unless A judge is in cahoots with the drug dealer???...TIME WILL TELL.....and if they don't pay here on earth...well, GOD says Vengeance is mine!...one way or another they'll pay!!...
Alex was a very unique young man,he always had a smile on his face and everyone loved Alex...
A 26-year-old Williamson animal he doesnt deserve to be called a man, In order to be a Man you have to be human and there's NOTHING human about him...Tyrone Davis, was sentenced to serve a definite term of three years and ONLY PULLED 3 MONTHS was fined $1,000 in connection with his November plea of guilty to leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in the death of Alexander McCoy, 20, of the Laurel Lake area of Lenore.
McCoy's body was found Jan. 4, 2005, lying face down on U.S. 119 near the propane gas plant at the Goodman Hollow exit. He was not identified until 10 days later. Davis. who was driving a vehicle involved in the accident, was charged in connection with the death in August of 2005.
The state had recommended the maximum term of confinement for Davis and a $1,000 fine. Attorney David D. Perry represented Davis, who received credit for 220 days served in confinement while awaiting trial. Mingo County Sheriff Lonnie Hannah and Sgt. C.K. Justice of the Mingo County Sheriff's Department were the investigating officers.
IN OTHER WORDS...IN MINGO
COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA YOU
CAN LITERALLY GET AWAY
WITH MURDER!!!....
I am Alex's aunt and he loved staying at my house with my 2 daughters my youngest daughter and he were bestest buds they were 1 month apart in age, and he would come stay at our house and go to church with us, whatever we did Alex was always included he was like my own, I would go grocery shopping I always got Alex's fav foods just like I did my own kids...he had such a special way about him, he was always so loving, God,please take care of our boy til we are all together again!!...we all miss him and love him very much he will forever be in our hearts....he lived with his mamaw and papaw "wanda and Roger MCcoy" and I'm making this page for them, it felt like he was their son she always took him to every one of his ballgames from the time he was able to hold a bat or throw a basket he was a great athelite loved his sports....and always had a ton of friends, everybody loved Alex, <sigh>...more later
